This is summer delight blended with homemade dry fruit Ice-cream along with additional ingredients to enhance the flavor and taste.

A great Dessert.

Ingredients
  • Raspberry Jello – 1/2 cup

  • Milk – 1/2 cup

  • Raspberry syrup – 2thsp

  • Sabjaa Seeds – 2thsp

  • (Soaked in water for 30 minutes)

  • Falooda sev boiled (Corn Vermicelli)- 2thsp

  • Dry fruit Ice-cream- 2 scoops
  • Red color sugar sprinkles optional

  • Dry fruits garnish
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take the milk in a pan allow to boil then add sugar along with Falooda sev cook for 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Then remove from flame allow to cool completely then add few drops of Raspberry syrup
  • Step 3 Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours
  • Step 4
    After 2 hours take a desired serving glass
  • Step 5  
    First add Rasberry Jello then soaked sabjaa seeds, milk with Falooda sev, add Jello again along with Raspberry syrup
  • Step 6
    Finally add dry fruit Ice Cream garnish with sugar sprinkles, dry fruits
