Vegetable Fried Rice!

Ingredients
- Semi Boiled Rice 2cups
Spring onions 2 bunches
Carrots chopped half cup
French Beans half cup
Green Peppers sliced 1
Black pepper 3thsp
White pepper pd 2thsp
Sugar 1tsp
Salt
Garlic 3 chopped
Directions
- Step 1 Take a wok add oil then add chopped garlic wait till it turns brown color
- Step 2 Now immediately discard the garlic from the wok (Tip: it gives flavor to the fried rice)
- Step 3 Now to the wok add sprung onions fry for few mins
- Step 4 Then add carrots & beans fry for 1 min
- Step 5 Now add black pepper pd,white pepper pd ,sugar & salt
- Step 6 After few mins add semi boiled rice (Sona masoori)
- Step 7 Turn the flame to high start stirring the whole mixture well
- Step 8 Finally add green peppers & spring onions
- Step 9 Serve with ketchup
