Ingredients
  • Semi Boiled Rice 2cups

  • Spring onions 2 bunches

  • Carrots chopped half cup

  • French Beans half cup

  • Green Peppers sliced 1

  • Black pepper 3thsp

  • White pepper pd 2thsp

  • Sugar 1tsp

  • Salt

  • Garlic 3 chopped
Directions
  • Step 1 Take a wok add oil then add chopped garlic wait till it turns brown color
  • Step 2 Now immediately discard the garlic from the wok (Tip: it gives flavor to the fried rice)
  • Step 3 Now to the wok add sprung onions fry for few mins
  • Step 4 Then add carrots & beans fry for 1 min
  • Step 5 Now add black pepper pd,white pepper pd ,sugar & salt
  • Step 6 After few mins add semi boiled rice (Sona masoori)
  • Step 7 Turn the flame to high start stirring the whole mixture well
  • Step 8 Finally add green peppers & spring onions
  • Step 9 Serve with ketchup
