This is very famous Indo-Chinese style recipe blended with mixed vegetable balls deep fired then make the gravy with sauce.It blends with vegetable fired Rice.

An Indo Chinese style recipe.

Ingredients
  • Cabbage shredded- 1 cup
  • Carrots shredded- 1/4 cup
  • Cauliflower florets scrapped- 1/4 cup
  • Beans thin sliced – 1/4 cup
  • Ginger minced- little
  • Garlic minced – little
  • Black pepper powder- 1tsp
  • White pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped- 1tsp
  • All purpose flour – 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour- 1/4 cup
  • Spring onions chopped- little
  • Red chili sauce -2thsp
  • Soya sauce – 1tsp
  • Green chili sauce- 1tsp
  • Vinegar – little
  • Ketchup- little
  • Sugar – pinch
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder- 1tsp
Directions
  • Step 1 Take a wide pan add generous amount of oil allow it to become hot
  • Step 2 Meanwhile take a bowl add all the vegetables along with green chilies, ginger, garlic, spring onions, all purpose flour and corn flour along with salt mix altogether
  • Step 3 Then make small lemon sized balls drop in hot oil fry for few minutes
  • Step 4 Remove the Manchuria balls allow it to cool then fry again until crispy golden brown color. Keep aside
  • Step 5 Next step take a pan add little oil then add finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chilies
  • Step 6 Add Red chili sauce, Black pepper powder along with little water and salt cook for 2 minutes
  • Step 7 Meanwhile take 2 tsp corn flour mix in water along with soya sauce little keep aside
  • Step 8 Add the corn flour mixture to the gravy keep stirring in medium flame
  • Step 9 Add fried Manchurian to the gravy add little salt if needed mix well cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then close the lid cook for few minutes
  • Step 10 Garnish with sliced ginger and spring onion green
  • Step 11 Finally garnish with spring onions.
