Dessert Delight
Ingredients
- Full cream Milk - 4 cups
- Almonds- 1/4 cup
- (Soak almonds in water for 6 hrs)
- Pistachios- 1/4 cup
- Dates chopped- 1/4 cup
- Vermicelli- 1/4 cup
- Powdered sugar- 1/4 cup ( depends)
- Ghee- 1tsp
- Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
- Almonds sliced- garnish
- Pistachios chopped- garnish
Directions
- Step 1 This dry fruits kheer is time consuming process but taste unique awesome dessert
- Step 2 Take a pan add butter or ghee all to melt then add vermicelli fry in low flame to light brown in color
- Step 3 Next step add milk to the pan allow the flame to be in medium keep stirring with spatula at regular intervals. Meanwhile take a blender add peeled almonds ,pistachios, dates along with milk 1/4 cup grind to a smooth mixture
- Step 4 While the milk mixture reduces to half consistency then add the dry fruit mixture keep stirring slowly
- Step 5 Approximately it takes 15 Minutes to cook finally add Cardamom powder, powdered sugar mix well cook for 5 minutes
- Step 6 Then add almonds sliced and Pistachios chopped remove from the flame allow the Dry fruits kheer to cool completely
- Step 7 Then refrigerate it for 5 hours
- Step 8 Finally serve the dessert.
