An Indian Bread

Ingredients
  • Wheat Flour- 2 cups
  • Boiled Potatoes- 2
  • Carrots chopped- 1
  • Beans chopped- 1/4 cup
  • Peas- 1/4 cup
  • Grated cauliflower- 1/4 cup
  • Onions chopped-1
  • Red Chilli powder- 1tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder- pinch
  • Dry Mango Powder- pinch
  • Coriander leaves chopped- little
  • Cumin seeds- 1tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Butter
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take a bowl add wheat flour along salt and oil 2tsp mix well add little water knead to smooth dough as shown in the picture
  • Step 2 Close the lid allow to rest for 20 Minutes
  • Step 3 Next step to make stuffing take a pan add oil 2tsp allow it to become hot then add cumin seeds allow to splatter then add onions chopped fry for few minutes then add cauliflower, carrots,beans and peas add salt along with all the dry Masalas close the lid cook for 2 minutes
  • Step 4 Next step remove the lid mix well as all the vegetables becomes soft in texture finally add mashed potatoes and coriander leaves mix well cook for 2 minutes
  • Step 5 Remove from the flame allow the mixture to cool completely
  • Step 6 To make Parathas first take lemon sized balls of the dough with the tolling pin make small circular add  small balls of filling mixture
  • Step 7 Seal with the dough then with rolling pin make the Parathas
  • Step 8 Take a flat pan place the uncooked Parathas keep flame in medium cool for 3 minutes until light golden brown in one side then flip slowly cook other side
  • Step 9 At last add butter on the Parathas serve with yogurt and pickle.
