An Indo Chinese style recipe.

Ingredients
  • Soya Chunks – 1 cup
  • ( soaked in water for 15 minutes)
  • All purpose flour- 1/2 cup
  • Corn starch- 2thsp
  • Rice Flour- 2tsp ( optional)
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1tsp
  • Red Chili powder- 1tsp
  • Red color optional
  • Soya sauce- 1tsp
  • Vinegar – 2thsp
  • Red Chili sauce- 1tsp
  • Tomato sauce – 1tsp
  • Ginger chopped- 10 gms
  • Garlic chopped- 2tsp
  • Green chilies sliced – 2
  • White pepper powder- 1tsp
  • Onions chopped- 1
  • Green beans chopped- 1 /4 cup
  • Carrots sliced -1
  • Bell peppers cubed – 1
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Spring onion green for garnish
Directions
  • Step 1 This recipe of Soya Chunk Manchurian first step squeezes the water from the soaked chunks transfer to a paper towel
  • Step 2 Next step take a pan add generous amount of oil allow it to become hot
  • Step 3 Meanwhile take a bowl add soya chunks, all purpose flour, rice flour ,ginger garlic paste, Red Chili powder, Soya sauce little with salt mix well as soya gets coated uniformly then drop one by one in oil fry for 3 minutes transfer on paper towel
  • Step 4 Take a wok or pan add oil 2tsp allow it to become hot then add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilies allow to fry for few minutes then add onions chopped fry for 3 minutes

    Next step take a small bowl add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, Red chili sauce add  pinch of water mix well keep aside
  • Step 6 To the pan add beans ,carrots, white pepper powder then add bowl of sauces, add green peppers keep stirring well with the spatula after few minutes add soya chunks fired mix well toss it
  • Step 7 Cook for 3 minutes lastly garnish with spring onions.
