Apple Halwa with dry fruits!

Rich Indian Dessert
Ingredients
- Fresh Apples - 2
- Khoa- 1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup depends
- Cardamom powder- 1tsp
- Nutmeg powder- pinch
- Ghee - 2thsp
- Almonds sliced- 2tsp
- Pistachios chopped- 2tsp
- Red color optional
Directions
- Step 1 First step take the apples peel the skin cut in cubes or grate take a blender grind to smooth mixture
- Step 2 Take a pan add ghee 2 thsp allow it to become hot then add add blended Apple mixture add color if desired allow to cool for 5 Minutes in medium flame
- Step 3 Keep stirring at regular intervals then add khoa and powdered sugar mix well cook until the mixture dries up then add Cardamom powder and nutmeg powder mix well cook for 2 minutes
- Step 4 Finally add dry fruits serve the apple halwa.
