Rich Indian Dessert

Ingredients
  • Fresh Apples - 2
  • Khoa- 1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup depends
  • Cardamom powder- 1tsp
  • Nutmeg powder- pinch
  • Ghee - 2thsp
  • Almonds sliced- 2tsp
  • Pistachios chopped- 2tsp
  • Red color optional
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take the apples peel the skin cut in cubes or grate take a blender grind to smooth mixture
  • Step 2 Take a pan add ghee 2 thsp allow it to become hot then add add blended Apple mixture add color if desired allow to cool for 5 Minutes in medium flame
  • Step 3 Keep stirring at regular intervals then add khoa and powdered sugar mix well cook until the mixture dries up then add Cardamom powder and nutmeg powder mix well cook for 2 minutes
  • Step 4 Finally add dry fruits serve the apple halwa.
