Summer Drink

Ingredients
- Milk 2% – 4 cups
- Saffron Threads- few
- Cashew nuts – 1/4 cup
- Almonds – 1/4 cup
- Pistachios – 1/4 cup
- Fennel seeds- 1/2 tsp
- Pepper corns – 1/2 tsp
- Poppy seeds- 1/4 tsp
- Nutmeg powder- pinch
- Rose water- 1tsp
- Rose preservative- 1tsp
- Powdered sugar- 3thsp
Directions
- Step 1 First step take a wide bottomed pan add milk allow to boil meanwhile take a small bowl add 2thsp of warm milk along with saffron threads keep side
- Step 2 For Thandai masala,take a small blender add cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, peppercorns, poppy seeds,nutmeg, fennel seeds blend to dry powder add to the boiling milk keep stirring at regular intervals
- Step 3 At this point add saffron milk mix well, Rose preservative, Rose water
- Step 4 Finally add powdered sugar remove from the flame allow the mixture to cool completely
- Step 5 Strain the mixture then refrigerate the Thandai for 2 hrs then serv
