Perfect combo with Naan

Ingredients
  • Scrapped Paneer - 1 cup
  • Onions chopped- 1
  • Tomatoes chopped- 2
  • Cardamom-2
  • Cumin seeds- 2tsp
  • Cashews nuts- 2thsp
  • Ginger chopped- little
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 2tsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chili powder- 2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder- 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1/2
  • Fennel powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder- pinch
  • Kasthuri Meethi- little
  • Coriander leaves chopped- few
  • Salt
  • Oil
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take a pan add oil 2 thsp allow it to become hot
  • Step 2 Add  cumin seeds allow to splatter then add  cardamom, onions chopped fry for 2 minutes then add cashews nuts along with tomatoes, ginger chopped fry for few minutes then add dry masalas turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, fennel powder mix well then add kasuri Methi leaves crushed add 1/2 cup of water and salt  then allow it to boil for 5 minutes
  • Step 3 Then gravy becomes thick leaves out simmer the flame add coriander leaves then add scrapped paneer along with garam masala powder mix well quickly remove from the flame
  • Step 4 Transfer to the serving dish garnish with cashew nuts
  • Step 5 Serve with Rotis,Pulao, Poori’s and Naan.
