This recipe is blended with fresh mango puree, desiccated coconut and sweet condensed milk along with few flavors to add texture and taste.

Ingredients
  • Fresh mango puree – 1 cup
  • Desiccated Coconut- 1 .5 cup
  • Condensed Milk – 14 oz
  • Cardamom powder- pinch
  • Rose water – 1tsp
  • Almonds sliced- few
  • Pistachios chopped- few
  • Ghee – 1tsp
Directions
  • Step 1 Take a wide bottom pan add the desiccated coconut keep stirring in low flame for 2 Minutes until the raw smell leaves transfer on a plate
  • Step 2 Next step on the same pan add mango puree keep stirring for 2 Minutes in low flame then add desiccated coconut keep stirring for 3 Minutes
  • Step 3 At this point of time add the sweet Condensed milk cook the mixture for approximately 5 to 6 Minutes until mixture gets thick forms a dough  lastly add cardamom powder and rose water mix well transfer on a plate allow the mixture to cool completely
  • Step 4 Then grease the palm with ghee take a lemon sized dough make balls coat with desiccated coconut and garnish with dry fruits.
