Ingredients
  • Cooked Basmati Rice- 2 cups
  • Boiled Potatoes- 1
  • Onions sliced – 1
  • Tomatoes chopped- 3
  • Green chilies sliced- 2
  • Fresh Green Peas – 1/4 cup
  • Green Peppers cubes – 1
  • Coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste- 2tsp
  • Pav Bhaji Masala powder- 2thsp
  • Lime juice – little
  • Bay leaf – 2:Salt
  • Oil
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take a wide bottom pan and add oil 2thsp or butter allow it to become hot then add Bay leaves along with onions fry for 2 minutes then add ginger garlic paste mix well cook for 2 minutes
  • Step 2 Next step add tomatoes, green chilies, peas along with salt close the lid allow to cook for 2 to 3 minutes until tomatoes become mushy
  • Step 3 Then remove the lid add green peppers, pav Bhaji masala and Coriander leaves little cook for 3 minutes
  • Step 4 Next add boiled potatoes along with little salt and mix well with the masala
  • Step 5 Finally add cooked rice to the mixture mix slowly with the spatula cook for 2 minutes
  • Step 6 Last step add lime juice little Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Step 7 Serve with Raitha
