Protein Rich Dosa /Adai with Coconut chutney

A Breakfast Delight

Ingredients
- Raw Rice – 1 cup
- Thor dal -1 / 2 cup
- Urad dhal ( Black Spilt Dhal) -1/2 cup
- Masoor Dhal -1/2 cup
- Bengal gram – 1/2 cup
- Fenugreek seeds – 1tsp ,Dry red chilies – 6 to 7
- Asafoetida -2tsp
- Ginger little
- Mustard seeds -1tsp :Urad dhal -1tsp
- Curry leaves few
Directions
- Step 1 First step take a container add rice,dhals ,dry red chilies, fenugreek seeds soak for 4 hours
- Step 2 Then after 4 hours drain the water add ginger and Asafoetida with the blender grind to smooth consistency batter as shown in pic above
- Step 3 Note the batter should be in medium consistency not watery
- Step 4 Then transfer in a container add salt and keep aside
- Step 5 Meanwhile take a small pan add oil 1tsp Allow to become hot then add mustard seeds let it splatter then add Uradal fry till light brownish color then add curry leaves
- Step 6 Pour the tempering in the batter mix well allow to rest for 30 minutes
- Step 7 Then take a gridle then add 1tsp Oil allow it to become hot with the spatula make the adai cook on both sides in medium flame to get crispy Adai
- Step 8 Enjoy with coconut chutney or any type of gravy
