Wheat Halwa

Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
- Semolina – 2thsp
- Ghee – 2tsp
- Granulated sugar – 1/4 cup
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder – pinch
- Pistachios and Almonds
Directions
- Step 1 Take a nonstick pan add ghee allow to melt then add wheat flour fry in medium flame for 5 minutes until gets to light brown color with pungent smell at this point add semolina fry for 2 minutes
- Step 2 Next add sugar along with water keep stirring well note no lumps are formed
- Step 3 Finally it gets to halwa consistency add cardamom powder along with Almonds and Pistachios
