A spicy and tasty snack delight

Ingredients
- Whole Cashews -1 cup
- Red chilli powder-1tsp,Pepper powder-1tsp
- Powdered sugar-1/2 tsp
- Ghee – 2thsp
- Salt- 1tsp
Directions
- Step 1 First step take a pan add ghee allow to melt then add cashews in medium flame fry for 5 minutes
- Step 2 Note Don’t over fry cashews as texture and color is very important
- Step 3 Next step add pepper powder, powdered sugar and red chilli powder along with salt fry on low flame for 3 minutes
- Step 4 Next remove from flame allow to cool for 15 minutes
- Step 5 Crispy cashews are ready to serve
