: An Easy Recipe
This is very authentic Indian bread recipe blended with all purpose flour along with additional ingredients to give texture and flavor to the bread.A North Indian Bread.

Ingredients
- All purpose flour : 2 cups
- Wheat flour: 1 cup
- Active Yeast: 2tsp
- Milk : 1/2
- Water: 3/4 cup
- Sugar -1tsp
- Salt - 1tsp
- Garlic chopped - 2tsp
- Kalonji /Black Onion seeds - 1tsp
- Fresh Garlic chopped - 2thsp
- Oil - 2tsp.
- Butter - little.
- Salt - 2tsp.
- Coriander leaves chopped
Directions
- Step 1 First step take a wide bowl add yeast,sugar,water mix well until foamy mixture for 15 minutes.
- Step 2 Then add wheat flour,milk,all purpose flour,oil and salt mix well knead the dough well .
- Step 3 Then take a wet muslin cloth or paper towel place on the dough close the lid keep aside for 2 hours minimum.
- Step 4 After 2 hours take the dough knead for 5 minutes.
- Step 5 Next step take a lemon sized dough mixture on the flat kitchen counter top dust with little all purpose flour with the help of rolling pin make a oval shape Naan then sprinkle little chopped
- Step 6 Garlic add coriander leaves and sprinkle Kalonji little.
- Step 7 Take a gridle allow it to become hot grease with little oil then place the Naan allow to cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles then flip place directly on the flame for 2 seconds only as it tends to burn if kept longer time.
- Step 8 Lastly add butter to give nice texture to the Garlic Naan.
- Step 9 Serve with an sides either veg or non vegetarian curry.
