This recipe is fusion style with Indian Cottage cheese blended with freshly blended green masala along with few ingredients and taste authentic. A North Indian Curry.

Ingredients
- Indian Cottage Cheese cubes - 1/2 cup
- Masala paste:
- Onions chopped-1
- Tomatoes chopped- 2
- Green chillies- 2
- Ginger chopped- 1tsp
- Garlic pods - 2
- Coriander leaves- 1 bunch.
- Mint leaves - little
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Red Chilli powder- 1tsp
- Coriander powder- 1tsp
- Cumin Powder- 1tsp
- Garam Masala powder- pinch
- Cumin seeds- 1tsp
- Bay leaf-1
- Salt
- Oil
Directions
- Step 1 The first step takes a blender to add all masala ingredients onion,tomatoes,green chillies,ginger,garlic,coriander leaves,mint add little water grind to smooth consistency .
- Step 2 Keep the green masala paste aside.
- Step 3 Next step take a pan to add oil 2tsp then add Bay leaf, cumin seeds allow to splatter then add the green Masala paste cook for 10 minutes until the raw smell leaves and oil oozes out keep stirring slowly.
- Step 4 At this point add milk along with all dry Masalas mix well cook until oil oozes out then add the Paneer cubes along with salt.
- Step 5 Cook for 3 minutes.
- Step 6 Hariyali Paneer masala is ready for serve with Naans,Rotis and Pulao varieties.
