This authentic recipe is blended with milk,sweet Condensed milk and freshly chopped mangoes along with flavor agents to give taste and texture to the dessert delight. A South Indian Cuisine Dessert.

Ingredients
- Fresh Mango Chopped- 1 cup
- Milk 2% - 4 cups
- Sweet Condensed milk- 1/2 cup depends
- Cardamom powder- pinch
- Saffron threads - few
- Almonds sliced- few
- Pistachios chopped- few
- Rose water- optional.
Directions
- Step 1 Take a pan add milk allow it to boil in medium flame then add saffron threads keep stirring until milk reduces to half then add sweet Condensed milk and chopped mangoes keep stirring slowly for approximately 5 minutes until the basundi gets to semi thick consistency.
- Step 2 Finally add cardamom powder, rose water along with dry fruits.
- Step 3 Transfer in a bowl allow it cool completely and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Step 4 Serve chilled garnish with Almonds and Pistachios if desired.
- Step 5 Note: Don't leave the pan without stirring at regular intervals as its important process for the type of recipe.
