Dhabha style Mushroom 65

This recipe is Dhabha style preparation blended with Fresh Mushrooms coated with batter deep fried in oil finally tempering is added with additional ingredients to enhance the flavor and taste. A Dhaba style appetizer Delight.

Ingredients
- Mushrooms sliced - 1 cup
- All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
- Cornflour- 1/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 2tsp
- Red chili powder - 1tsp
- Red color optional
- Garlic pods chopped - 2tsp
- Green chilies sliced - 3
- Curry leaves - few
- Yogurt - 2thsp
- Garam masala powder - 1tsp
- Lime juice - 1tsp
Directions
- Step 1 First step clean the sliced mushrooms then take a bowl add all purpose flour, cornflour, red chili powder, red color ( optional )
- Step 2 Ginger garlic paste, Sliced mushrooms and salt mix well then add water little to form semi thick batter consistency.
- Step 3 Keep the mixture aside for 10 Minutes.
- Step 4 Take a pan add generous amount of oil allow it to become hot with help of spoon add the mushrooms into the oil like pakodas fry until crispy and transfer on a paper towel.
- Step 5 Finally take a pan add 2tsp Oil then add garlic chopped, green chilies, curry leaves Fry for 2 minutes then add yogurt ,Garam masala powder along with little salt and little red color mix well then add the fired mushrooms toss well for 5 minutes finally add lime juice.
- Step 6 Serve immediately.
- Step 7 Enjoy making this easy tasty appetizer.
- Step 8 Note : Fry the Mushrooms coated with batter until crispy brown to enjoy the appetizer.
