This recipe is unique blended with fresh mango pulp,tutti frutti also additional ingredients to enhance the flavor and taste. A Snack Delight.

Ingredients
  • All purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Semolina - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh Mango pulp - 2cups
  • Tutti Frutti - 1/4 cup
  • Mango essence 1tsp
  • Milk - 2thsp
  • Cinnamon powder - 1tsp
  • Melted butter 50 ml
  • Sweet condensed milk - 1can
  • Broken cashew nuts - 1tsp
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • Baking soda - 1tsp
  • Granulated Sugar - 3tsp
Directions
  • Step 1 Take the fresh mango pulp in a blender add milk, cinnamon powder grind to smooth consistency.
  • Step 2 Next add the mango mixture in a bowl then add melted cooled butter and add condensed milk mix with the spatula and keep aside.
  • Step 3 Next step sift together all purpose flour, baking soda,baking powder twice then add semolina mix well with the spatula.
  • Step 4 Now add mango pulp mixture mix well with the spatula.Add tutti frutti and Mango essence at this point slightly mix the whole cake mixture slowly for 2  Minutes.
  • Step 5 Take a desired baking pan add baking sheet then pour the cake mixture and garnish on top with cashews nuts if desired.
  • Step 6 Preheat the oven to 350 F or 180 C for 10 minutes.
  • Step 7 Bake the cake for 30 minutes.
  • Step 8 Then insert the toothpick when it comes out clean it's done.
  • Step 9 Cool it completely on wire rack slice in desired shape.
  • Step 10 Enjoy this Egg-less tutti frutti Cake with coffee.
  • Step 11 Note: To ensure cake mixture is mixed with well with spatula with breaking tutti Frutti. If mango essence is not available can be replaced by vanilla extract.Egg-less cake should be consumed within one or two days or refrigerate it
