This appetizer Delight is very famous in Indo Chinese Cuisine blended with Cauliflower florets dipped in batter then tempered with additional sauces to enhance the flavor and taste for the recipe. An Indo Chinese Appetizer Delight.

Ingredients
- Cauliflower Florets - 1 cup
- Spring onions chopped 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 2tsp
- All purpose flour - 4 thsp
- Corn flour -1/4 cup
- Pepper powder - 2tsp
- Soya sauce -2tsp
- Chilli sauce 1tsp
- Green chill sauce -1tsp
- Tomato ketchup -1tsp
- White pepper powder - 1tsp
- Garlic pods chopped -3
- Green chillies chopped- 3
- Sugar -1tsp.
- Salt
- Oil
Directions
- Step 1 Take the cauliflower cut the florets rinse them in cold water.Take a pan add enough water along with salt allow the water to boil then add the cauliflower florets .
- Step 2 Cook for 2 minutes in medium flame then drain out the water allow the florets to cool on a paper towel keep aside.
- Step 3 Take a wok add generous amount of oil in medium flame.
- Step 4 Meanwhile to make the batter take a bowl add
- Step 5 All purpose flour, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, Soya sauce little and salt.Then add little water to form medium consistency b drop all cauliflower florets in the batter make sure it's coated well from all sides.
- Step 6 Now with spoon add the florets into the oil fry for approximately 3 to 4 minutes to until crispy. keep aside.
- Step 7 Next step take a pan add oil then add chopped garlic, green chilies, spring onions chopped allow to fry for few,minutes then add pepper powder, soya sauce, chili sauce,green chili sauce and Tomato ketchup.
- Step 8 Add sugar ,salt and white pepper powder add little water mix well.
- Step 9 Allow to boil for 1 minute then add fried cauliflower florets in medium flame mix well either toss the wok or slowly with the spatula as the sauces got to be mixed uniformly cook for 3 minutes.
- Step 10 Lastly garnish with chopped spring onions and serve with ketchup if desired.
- Step 11 Note: The sauces mentioned in the recipe shouldn't be added too much as the taste will differ as its important factor to crispy Gobi manchuria.
