This is my first attempt to try with Papad as flower arrangement filled with Bhelpuri mix along with additional ingredients. A Chaat Delight

Ingredients
- Papads- 6
- Bhelpuri mix - 1/2 cup
- Onions chopped- 2tsp
- Sweet chutney - 1tsp
- Green chutney - 1tsp
- Boiled Potatoes -2tso
- Tomatoes chopped - 2tsp
- Chaat Masala powder pinch
- Pomegranate seeds - 2tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped- 1tsp
- Salt
Directions
- Step 1 First step take a nonstick allow it to become hot meanwhile take scissors to cut the Papad in two equal halves.
- Step 2 Then fry the Papad on the Tawa finally roll it to cone shaped by using paper towel press it slowly then it will become firm.
- Step 3 Take each half cook then make sure each size should be smaller than the previous cones.
- Step 4 Finally take a small bowl add Bhelpuri mix, onions,chopped boiled potatoes,tomatoes, green chutney, sweet chutney, Chaat Masala powder, Pomegranate, sev,coriander leaves ,salt mix well keep aside.
- Step 5 Meanwhile arrange the Papad cones one by one in layers then according to desired layers then add Bhel fillings garnish with Pomegranates seeds.
- Step 6 Serve immediately.
- Step 7 Note: Be cautious while cooking Papad don't over cook as it tends to burn quickly.
