This recipe is unique blended with all purpose flour, sugar syrup and Flavoring agent to enhance the taste and texture. A Sweet Delight.

Ingredients
- All purpose flour- 1 cup
- Granulated sugar - 2 cup
- Water- 1.5 cup
- Melted Ghee - 1/2 cup
- Green color - 1 drop( optional)
- Rose Essence- 1/2 teaspoon
Directions
- Step 1 First step take a wide bottomed pan add melted ghee in medium flame allow it to become hot then add all purpose flour ( maida) stir well with the spatula from all side cook till the raw smell of the flour leaves and then remove from flame keep aside.
- Step 2 Next step take a pan add granulated sugar 2cups then add water 1.5 cup mix well in medium flame until the sugar syrup gets to one thread consistency at this point add green color along with all purpose flour mix well so that the mixture gets dissolved in sugar syrup.
- Step 3 After 2 Minutes add rose essence keep stirring in medium flame for approximately 5 Minutes
- Step 4 until the mixture gets to thick consistency transfer to greased plate spread the mixture uniformly with the greased spatula allow the Maida Burfi to cool completely for 15 Minutes.
- Step 5 Then cut the Maida Burfi into desired shape
- Step 6 Maida Burfi is ready to serve.
- Step 7 Note : The important point is while cooking the all purpose flour make sure the color should not be changed and sugar syrup consistency got be one thread to enjoy soft sweet delight.
