This recipe is blended with fresh Betel leaves ,rose preservatives, milk along with additional ingredients added to get rich creamy authentic Ice-cream. A North Indian Cuisine

Ingredients
- Full cream Milk -2 Litres
- Betel leaves - 4
- Gulkand - 3tsp.
- Fennel seeds - 3tsp
- Caradmom - 6 pods.
- Powdered sugar - 4 thsp
- Sweet Condensed milk - 1 can
- Heavy cream - 236 ml
- Rose water - 1tsp
Directions
- Step 1 Take a pan add milk in medium flame add fennel seeds 2tsp and cardamom pods 4 to the boiling milk.
- Step 2 Allow the milk to reduce to half quantity.
- Step 3 Remove from the flame allow to cool for few minutes strain the flavored milk to a bowl.
- Step 4 To the bowl add sweet condensed milk mix well.
- Step 5 Take a blender add chopped betel leaves with little water blend it and strain the juice.
- Step 6 Keep aside.
- Step 7 I used blender to beat the flavored milk mixture along with remaining fennel seeds, betel juice and gulkand to it.
- Step 8 Blend together to foamy mixture.
- Step 9 Finally add rose water little allow this mixture to cool in a container keep in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Step 10 Then remove the mixture from refrigerator add full cream,powdered sugar,chop betel leaves little if desired.
- Step 11 Next Step blend all mixture together to give nice texture refrigerate for 8 hours then serve.
- Step 12 Enjoy making this delicious paan ice-cream.
- Step 13 Note: Betel Leaves should be added accordingly as required as the taste might differ as the flavors got to be blended well to enjoy this Ice cream.
