This recipe is blended with Betel leaves as the main ingredient blended with Paan Ice-cream, Jello,Falooda sev garnished sweet candy and cherry. A Falooda Delight

Ingredients
  • Jello - 3thsp
  • Paan Gulkand Icecream- 2scoop.
  • Falooda sev - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Betel leaves -2
  • Basil seeds - 1/2 cup
  • ( soaked in water for 30 Minutes)
  • Mukhawas - 2tsp
  • Sweet Candy - 2tsp
  • Red cherry
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take a pan add milk allow to boil meanwhile take a blender add chopped betel leaves ,little milk grind to smooth mixture keep aside.
  • Step 2 Next step add falooda to the milk allow to cook for 5 Minutes then add powdered sugar along with betel mixture cook for 3 minutes.
  • Step 3 Remove from flame transfer to a bowl allow to cool completely then refrigerate it for 3 hours approximately.
  • Step 4 Serve Paan Falooda
  • Step 5 Take a desired glass add Jello 2tsp then add Basil seeds 2tsp next chilled betel falooda sev ,repeat the process finally add paan Gulkand Ice-cream garnished with Mukhawas,candy topped cherry.
  • Step 6 Note: Falooda can be creatively done according to your pattern but finally is topped with Ice-cream and serve immediately.
