: An Easy Recipe
This ice-cream recipe is authentic style famous in North Indian Cuisine blended with Rose preservatives along with heavy whipping cream. A Ice-cream Delight.
Ingredients
- Heavy whipping cream - 1 cup
- Gulkand - 2 thsp
- Rose water - little
- Pink color optional
- Powdered sugar- 2tsp
- Pistachios garnish
Directions
- Step 1 Take a wide bowl add heavy cream whisk it with electric beater to formy consistency for 6 minutes .
- Step 2 At this point add Gulkand, powdered sugar, whisk for 3 minutes.
- Step 3 Finally add rose water and pink color optional mix well transfer to a container refrigerate it for 8 hrs .
- Step 4 Then serve in desired glassware with 2 scoops garnish with Pistachios.
- Step 5 Note: Don’t add powdered sugar too much as rose preservatives is sweet added in the mixture so check the sweetness before add accordingly.
