This recipe is unique blended with dates and figs along with few ingredients to enhance the flavor and texture to the Ice cream.

Ingredients
- Seedless Dates- 1 cup
- Figs - 1 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Heavy Cream- one pint
- Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup
- Almond essence- little
- Garnish
- Almonds sliced - little
- Figs chopped - 1 tsp
- Dates chopped - 1 tsp
- Sprinkles
Directions
- Step 1 First take a bowl add dates and figs then add hot milk soak for an hour then blend to smooth mixture.
- Step 2 Meanwhile take the heavy cream with the electric beater to get foamy consistency then add dry fruit mixture mix well with the spatula.
- Step 3 Next step add Almond essence,powdered sugar along with chopped almonds mix slowly transfer into container keep refrigerator for 8 hours.
- Step 4 Then take a serving glass add two scoops of dry fruit ice cream along with garnish with chopped almonds and dates.
- Step 5 Note: while adding powered sugar check the sweetness as dates and figs is already then add as required accordingly.
