This recipe is authentic sweet blended with dates along with dry fruits taste unique and made during festival seasons. A sweet Delight

Ingredients
- Seedless dates- 1 cup
- Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup
- Stuffing:
- Pistachios - 1/2 cup
- Almonds - 1/2 cup
- Dessicated Coconut -1/2 cup
- Poppy seeds- 3 tbsp
- Broken cashewsnuts - 1/2
- Green color - one drop
- Yellow - one drop
- Cardamom powder-- 1tsp
- Milk- 1/4 cup
- Rose water - 2tsp ( optional)
- Ghee - 3thsp
Directions
- Step 1 First step to make the fillings with two colors .
- Step 2 Take a blender add Pistachios, Almonds and dessicated coconut blend to smooth powder.
- Step 3 Then transfer the powder into two parts divide one bowl with more quantity and remaining in another bowl .
- Step 4 Next step take the filling with more quantity by adding yellow color a drop along with powdered sugar, broken cashewnuts , rose water 1tsp and cardamom powder
- Step 5 mix the filling by adding little milk to form a dough then keep aside
- Step 6 Next step take a other filling add green color a drop along with powdered sugar, cardamom powder, rose water add little milk to form a dough keep aside.
- Step 7 Take a pan add ghee 2thsp allow it to become hot then add seedless dates cook for 5 minutes in low flame until the dates turns softs turn off the flames allow to cool.
- Step 8 Next step grease your palm with ghee then take the soft dates to form smooth dough.
- Step 9 Take a flat surface with the help of rolling pin roll the dates to thin flat circle then with the knife cut into two equal halves keep aside on a plate
- Step 10 Next step take the green color dough with the rolling pin make a flat circle then cut into two equal halves keep aside.
- Step 11 Take the yellow filling on the flat surface roll into two cylindrical form keep aside
- Step 12 Now on the flat surface take a one part of the date roll. then on top layer place the green filling roll press with your hand cover it then with knife cut the extra sides.
- Step 13 Next place the one yellow cylindrical roll at the edge of date roll slowly with your hands roll into cylindrical form by sealing with date roll.
- Step 14 Roll uniformly cut the sides with the knife then coat the roll with poppy seeds cover with clip rap transfer on a plate.
- Step 15 Keep the Date rolls refrigerated for 2 hours.
- Step 16 Then take Date Rolls from refrigerator with the knife slice into desired pieces.
- Step 17 Date rolls is ready to serve.
- Step 18 Note : While adding powered sugar check the sweetness of the filling then add accordingly to your preference.
