Paneer Pyaaz Tikka Masala

This recipe is blended with Indian Cottage cheese along with spicy flavors to enhance the taste and texture to the paneer curry

Ingredients
- Paneer cubes - 1 cup
- Onions chopped -2
- Tandoori Masala Powder- 2thsp
- Thick yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Kashmir red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Kasthuri Methi - little
- Garam Masala powder - little
- Sugar little
- Lime juice - little
- Salt.
- Coriander leaves few
Directions
- Step 1 First step take a wide bowl add yogurt,turmeric powder, Kashmir red chili powder, Cumin powder, tandoori Masala powder, kasthuri Methi,lime juice, salt mix well then add paneer cubes mix well keep aside for 1 hr.
- Step 2 Next step.take a pan add little oil then allow it to become hot add paneer cubes fry in medium flame for 3 minutes transfer into paper towel.
- Step 3 Then add little oil in same pan allow it to become hot then add onions along with little sugar fry for 5 minutes in medium flame until onions turn brownish in color.
- Step 4 At this point add Paneer cubes along with little tandoori Masala, garam masala fry for 3 minutes.
- Step 5 Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Note : keep the flame in medium or low as paneer tends to stick to the bottom of the pan on high flame.
