This paneer recipe is very popular gravy in North Indian Cuisine its easy recipe best sides for Rotis,Naans and Pulao varieties.

Ingredients
- Paneer cubes - 1 cup.
- Onions finely chopped -2
- Tomatoes finely chopped -2
- Ginger garlic paste -2tsp
- Green chillies sliced- 2
- Cardamom-1
- Cinnamon -1
- Fennel seeds -1tsp
- Coriander powder- 2tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder- 2tsp
- Cumin powder -1tsp
- Turmeric powder -1/2tsp
- Garam masala powder -1tsp
- Milk- 1/2 cup
- Orange color ( optional)
- Salt
- Honey- 1tsp
- Butter- 2tsp.
- Coriander leaves chopped - little
- Fresh cream little
Directions
- Step 1 Take a pan add butter in medium flame then add cinnamon, cardamom and Fennel seeds.
- Step 2 Fry for a minute then add onions along with green chillies fry till translucent then add
- Step 3 ginger garlic paste cook until the raw smell leaves at this point add tomatoes, salt and all the dry masalas add color if desired mix well along with milk .
- Step 4 Cook for 5 minutes then the gravy starts to become thick at this point,add honey and panner cubes mix well slowly add little salt cook in low flame for 3 minutes.
- Step 5 Finally sprinkle little garam masala then
- Step 6 transfer to serving dish garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and fresh cream if desired.
- Step 7 Ready for serving with Rotis, Naans and Puloas.
- Step 8 Note: For this recipe milk is added so cream is not added while cooking this gravy.
