his recipe is from North Indian Cuisine blended with Chickpeas cooked in Biryani style with all Masala taste unique and easy recipe.

Ingredients
- Onions sliced - 2
- Tomatoes chopped-2
- Green chilies sliced-3
- Ginger garlic paste- 2thsp
- Mint leaves Little
- Coriander leaves chopped- 1/2 cup
- Coriander powder- 2thsp
- Red Chilli powder- 2tsp
- Biryani Masala powder- 2tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1tsp
- Yogurt- 1/2 cup
- Basmati Rice- 2cups
- Chickpeas boiled - 1/2 cup.
- ( soak Chickpeas in water overnight for 8 hours then pressure cook with 2 whistles)
- Orange color optional
- Cashew nuts- few
- Bay leaf-2
- Cloves -2
- Cardamom-2
- Cinnamon-2
- Lime juice- 1tsp.
- Salt
- Oil
Directions
- Step 1 Soak the Basmati Rice in water for 20 Minutes.
- Step 2 The first step takes a wide bottomed pan & add a generous amount of oil allow it to become hot add bay leaf, Cardamom, Cinnamon, cloves fry for few minutes then add onions, green chilies fry for 3 minutes until onions become light brown in color.
- Step 3 Next step add ginger garlic paste, Mint leaves,coriander leaves fry for 3 minutes until raw smell leaves at this point add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, Biryani powder mix well keep stirring at regular intervals cook for 2 minutes then add yogurt, chickpeas,salt add water Little.
- Step 4 At this point cook until oil oozes out of the mixture.
- Step 5 Cook for 3to 4 minutes at this point add Basmati rice then add water 3 cups mix well add little salt if needed.
- Step 6 Cook for 20 Minutes in medium then add color if desired to the Chickpeas Biryani.
- Step 7 Cook for 10 minutes finally adds lime juice little.
- Step 8 Chickpeas Biryani is ready for serve with Raitha.
- Step 9 Note : you can also use canned chickpeas but soak in warm water for 5 Minutes before making Chickpeas Biryani.
