This is very famous Street food snack from Kolkata just like Bhelpuri but Jhal muri is combination of puffed rice,peanuts, chickpea flour mixture, sev along with little masala to enhance the yummy chaat.

Ingredients
- Puffed Rice (Murmura ) - 1 cup
- Chickpea mixture - 1/2 cup
- Thin Sev - 3thsp
- Peanuts - 1tsp
- Cashewnuts- 1tsp
- Onions finely chopped - 1
- Tomatoes finely chopped - 2
- Green chilies chopped - 2
- Coriander leaves finely chopped - few
- Lime juice - 1tsp
- Chaat masala powder - 1tsp
- Red chilli powder - little
- Salt - pinch.
- Sweet chutney - 2tsp
- Mustard oil - 1tsp
- (Optional )
- Black salt - little
Directions
- Step 1 First step take a wide bowl add chickpea mix,sev,Cashew-nuts and roasted peanuts mix well with the spatula.
- Step 2 Then add the dry spices chaat masala powder, red chilli powder, black salt along with little salt then add freshly cut onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves mix well.
- Step 3 Finally add Puffed Rice,sweet chutney, little sev mix well then add lime juice.
- Step 4 Jhal muri is ready for serve.
- Step 5 Note : After making the Jhalmuri serve immediately to enjoy the crunchy taste chaat.
