This recipe is unique blended with fresh yogurt, rose syrup and rose preservatives to enhance the flavor and taste to the lassi.

Ingredients
  • Yogurt- 1 cup
  • Gulkand ( Rose Preservatives)- 1tsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Rose Syrup - little
  • Sugar - 2tsp
  • Rose petals
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take a blender add yogurt, water ,Gulkand, Rose syrup, sugar blend to smooth consistency.
  • Step 2 Keep refrigerated for an hour then take a serving desired glassware add the Gulaab lassi along with few rose petals.
  • Step 3 Awesome drink ready for serve.
  • Step 4 Note : while adding rose syrup be cautious by adding too much the taste differs.
