Peanut Chikki

This unique recipe is crunchy snack blended with peanuts and jaggery combination taste yummicious.

Ingredients
- Peanuts - 1cup
- Jaggery -3/4 cup.
- Ghee - 3thsp.
Directions
- Step 1 Take a pan add Peanuts dry roast in low flame for 6 to 7 minutes until raw smell leaves got to be cautious as peanuts tend to burn .
- Step 2 Then allow to cool for 10 minutes peel the outer layer keep aside.
- Step 3 Take a wide bottom nonstick skillet add ghee 2 thsp in low flame then add little water 2thsp followed by jaggery keep stirring at regular intervals until jaggery melts takes about 6 to 7 Minutes.
- Step 4 Then take a bowl of water check the consistency of jaggery by dropping little in the bowl. It tends to get into hard form (almost like one thread consistency) - At the time off the flame then add peanuts mix well pour it on greased plate spread uniformly.
- Step 5 Lastly add 2 tsp of melted ghee on the chikki.
- Step 6 After 2 Minutes take a sharp knife give desired shape allow the peanut chikki to cool completely.
- Step 7 Peanut Chikki is ready
- Step 8 Note : Sweetness of the Jaggery varies depends on each brand so add accordingly.

How much is “add a little water” (step 3)? Can you be more specific please?
