Crispy Sabhudana Vadas with Mint Chutney

This recipe is famous in Maharashtrian Cuisine blended with Tapioca Root along with potatoes additional ingredients deep fired to crispy golden brown patties serve with mint Chutney.

Ingredients
- Sabudana -1 cup
- (Tapioca Root)
- Boiled Potatoes - 2
- Ginger chopped - 2thsp
- Garlic powder - 1tsp
- Green chilies chopped - 3
- Roasted peanut powder - 2thsp
- Dry red chili powder 2tsp
- Carrots scrapped - 1
- Coriander leaves chopped - little
- Lime juice - 1tsp
- Chaat masala powder - 1tsp
- Salt
- Vegetable oil / Canola oil - deep fry
Directions
- Step 1 First step Wash and soak the sabudana for 4 hours.
- Step 2 Next take a bowl after 4 hours drain the water add the sabudana along with ginger, garlic powder, red chili powder, green chilies, potatoes mashed, roasted peanut powder, scrapped carrots, coriander leaves, lime juice, chaat masala powder and salt mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 3 Next step take a pan add generous amount of oil allow it to become hot then take a lemon sized mixture with your Palm make flat like Tikki drop them in hot oil .
- Step 4 Cook for 4 to 5 minutes evenly on both sides to crispy golden color.
- Step 5 Transfer to paper towel.
- Step 6 Serve with mint chutney or any chutney.
- Step 7 Note: soak Sabudana for minimum 4 hours deep fry to golden brownish color.
