Badrusha with Pistachios

This sweet recipe is very famous in Indian Cuisine.Its flaky smooth crispy texture coated with sugar syrup taste unique and yummicious.

Ingredients
- All purpose flour - 11/2 cup
- Granulated Sugar- 3/4cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Baking soda- pinch
- Baking powder - pinch
- Butter - 3 tsp
- Powdered sugar- 2thsp
- Oil - 2tsp
- Rose water little
- Saffron threads- few.
- Lime juice- 1/4 tsp.
- Water.
- Vegetable oil/ Canola oil.
- Pistachios few
Directions
- Step 1 Take a bowl add all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, butter, powdered sugar, oil little then add milk mix well to form a dough .( not soft dough)
- Step 2 Allow the dough to rest for 10 Minutes.
- Step 3 Take a pan add sugar add water allow it to boil to one thread consistency then remove from flame add lime juice and saffron threads keep aside.
- Step 4 Take a pan add generous amount of oil allow it to be become hot in low flame.
- Step 5 Take a dough form lemon sized ball then give dent in the middle edges will be rough drop in oil cook in low flame until golden brown color cooked uniformly both sides.
- Step 6 Drop Badrusha in sugar syrup allow to soak for 15 Minutes.
- Step 7 For this recipe you can get 15 badrusha store in air tight container.
- Step 8 Then serve by garnishing with dry fruits.
- Step 9 Note : Consume this badrusha within two to three days. Badrusha should be cooked in low flame only .
