This recipe is unique blended with fresh okra shallow fried to crispy then additional ingredients added to enhance the flavor .

Ingredients
- Okra chopped- 1/2 cup
- Yogurt- 1/2 cup
- Red chill powder- 1/2 tsp
- Carrots scrapped- little
- Salt
Directions
- Step 1 Take a pan add little oil then add chopped okra fry in medium flame until crispy light golden color takes about 5 minutes keep aside.
- Step 2 Take a bowl add yogurt, red chili powder, scraped carrots, okra and salt mix well.
- Step 3 Raitha is ready for serve with Pulao,Biryani .
- Step 4 Note : For this recipe fresh okra is added not frozen as cannot enjoy the taste of raitha.
