Rava Laddos garnished with cashewnuts

This sweet recipe is very authentic traditional delight made during festival seasons. Its blended with semolina, coconut along with additional ingredients to enhance the taste and texture.

Ingredients
- Semolina /Rava - 1cup
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Powdered Sugar - 1 cup (depends)
- Cashews nuts - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1tsp
- Melted Ghee - 1/4 cup
- Warm Milk - 1/4 cup
Directions
- Step 1 First step take a wide bottomed pan add ghee 1tsp then add semolina dry roast in medium flame until raw smell of rava leaves remove from flame transfer to the plate allow to cool.
- Step 2 Then blend the rava to a fine powder .
- Step 3 Take a pan add little ghee fry the cashews nuts to light brown in color keep aside.
- Step 4 Now take a bowl add rava, powdered sugar ,fired cashews, warm milk 2tsp, grated coconut melted ghee, cardamom powder mix well make lemon sized balls for Rava Laddos.
- Step 5 Note : You can sprinkle little warm milk while making lemon sized balls to give perfect texture and color to the laddos.
- Step 6 Enjoy making these yummy Rava Laddos.
