Green Chutney

This recipe is famous in North Indian Cuisine and added while making chaat varieties, Indian snacks, sandwiches act as sides for appetizers . Green Chutney is blended with coriander leaves, mint leaves, roasted dry peanuts along with few ingredients to enhance the texture and taste.

Ingredients
- Fresh Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
- Fresh Mint Leaves- 1/2 cup
- Ginger chopped- 1 tsp
- Green chilies- 3
- Roasted Peanuts- 1/4 cup
- Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1tsp
- Lime juice- 1tsp.
- Water little
Directions
- Step 1 First step take a blender add coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, green chilies, roasted peanuts, salt, cumin seeds, lime juice then add little water grind to smooth thick consistency.
- Step 2 Transfer to a container keep refrigerated good for a week.
- Step 3 Note: Add green chilies accordingly.
