Sweet Chutney Recipe

This recipe is famous in North Indian Cuisine added while making Chaat varieties, Indian snacks and appetizers. Its blended with dates ,Tamarind few additional ingredients to enhance the flavor and taste.

Ingredients
- Seedless Dates chopped- 1 cup
- Brown Tamarind juice - 1/2 cup
- ( soaked tamarind in warm water for 30 minutes then strain the juice.)
- Jaggery- 3 small cubes depend.
- Black salt - little
- Red chill powder- 1tsp
- Chaat masala powder- pinch
- Water - 2cups
Directions
- Step 1 Take a wide bottom pan add tamarind juice along with dates, Jaggery, black salt, red chili powder along with 2 cups of water .
- Step 2 Allow to boil for 15 minutes in medium flame until it attains thick consistency.
- Step 3 Finally, add chaat masala powder mix well remove from flame allow to cool then strain the chutney keep stored in airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Step 4 Note: cook the sweet Chutney until thick consistency
