This unique dessert delight is blended with cashews,Mango puree ,Rose preservative additional ingredients to enhance the flavor and texture truly a fusion.

Ingredients
  • Powdered Cashewnuts- 1 cup
  • Fresh Mango puree - 1/2 cup
  • Gulkand ( rose preservative) - 3thsp
  • Cardamom powder- pinch
  • Granulated sugar- 3/4 cup
  • Water - 1/2 cup.
  • Ghee - 1tsp
  • Pistachios - garnish
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take a wide bottomed pan add granulated sugar and water allow to form one thread consistency of the sugar syrup keep stirring on medium until it boils check the consistency.
  • Step 2 Next step add cashew nut powder, Mango puree keep stirring slowly with the spatula cook for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3 After 10 minutes add Gulkand keep stirring at regular intervals until the mixture thickens to the solid consistency.
  • Step 4 Lastly add Cardamom powder mix well with the mango mixture.
  • Step 5 Meanwhile, grease a plate with little ghee then drop the mixture allow to cool for 5 Minutes.
  • Step 6 Next step takes flat surface place parchment paper make a ball of Mango mixture then with help of rolling pin roll the mixture uniformly distributed.
  • Step 7 Then with help of sharp knife cut the mango Kathli to desired shapes .
  • Step 8 Garnish with pistachios.
  • Step 9 Keep refrigerated.
  • Step 10 Note: Add sugar accordingly as mango puree will be sweet.
