: A quick and Easy recipe

This recipe is blended with Yogurt, beets, and cucumber along with additional ingredients to enhance the taste. Serves as sides for Biryani.

Ingredients
  • Beetroot chopped 2
  • Yogurt - 1cup
  • Cucumber chopped - 1
  • Green chilies chopped - 2
  • Lime juice - 1tsp
  • Oil - 1tsp
  • Mustard seeds -1tsp
  • Urad dhal 1tsp
  • Asafoetida -pinch
  • Curry leaves few
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take a pan add oil then add mustard seeds, Urad dal, Asafoetida, curry leaves fry for 1 minute then add chopped Beets along with little salt and little water cook until Beets are cooked to tender then keep aside.
  • Step 2 Take a bowl add yogurt, Beetroot tempering, cucumber, green chilies along with salt .
  • Step 3 Mix well finally add lime juice serve the raitha with biryani.
