: A quick and Easy recipe
This recipe is blended with Yogurt, beets, and cucumber along with additional ingredients to enhance the taste. Serves as sides for Biryani.

Ingredients
- Beetroot chopped 2
- Yogurt - 1cup
- Cucumber chopped - 1
- Green chilies chopped - 2
- Lime juice - 1tsp
- Oil - 1tsp
- Mustard seeds -1tsp
- Urad dhal 1tsp
- Asafoetida -pinch
- Curry leaves few
Directions
- Step 1 First step take a pan add oil then add mustard seeds, Urad dal, Asafoetida, curry leaves fry for 1 minute then add chopped Beets along with little salt and little water cook until Beets are cooked to tender then keep aside.
- Step 2 Take a bowl add yogurt, Beetroot tempering, cucumber, green chilies along with salt .
- Step 3 Mix well finally add lime juice serve the raitha with biryani.
