Vegetable Cutlets

: A quick and Easy recipe.
This appetizer Delight is blended with mixed vegetables along with few additional ingredients to enhance the flavor and texture to the cutlets.

Ingredients
- Potatoes- 3
- Carrots - 2
- French Beans - 5
- Beets chopped- 1/2 cup
- Peas - 1/4 cup
- Onions chopped - 1cup
- Green chilies chopped- 3
- Coriander leaves chopped- 1 bunch
- Ginger crushed - 1tsp
- Garlic crushed - 1tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1tsp
- Cumin powder- 1tsp
- Red chili powder- 1tsp
- Coriander powder- 2tsp
- Garam Masala powder- 1/2 tsp
- Lime juice- 1tsp
- Salt
- All-purpose flour - 2thsp
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Breadcrumbs- 1 cup
- Canola oil- frying
Directions
- Step 1 First step take a clean the vegetable potatoes, carrots, beans ,beets ,peas then pressure cook with 4 whistles allow to cool completely.
- Step 2 Next step take a bowl add the boiled vegetables mash it then add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger crushed, garlic crushed, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, Coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder mix well then add 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, lime juice and salt.
- Step 3 Next step mix the mixture well take a desired amount of mixture make a circular shaped patties place on a plate keep aside.
- Step 4 Meanwhile take a wide small bowl add all purpose flour and water one fourth cup mix will act as a binding for Cutlets .
- Step 5 Then take a pattie dip in all-purpose flour mixture then immediately coat with breadcrumbs place on a plate
- Step 6 Next step take a pan add oil allow it to become hot in medium flame shallow fry by dropping the Patties fry until it gets to crispy Golden brown Cutlets cooked uniformly on both sides takes approximately 5 to 6 minutes.
- Step 7 Transfer on paper towel then serve with ketchup.
