This recipe is Famous in Indo-Chinese style cuisine blended with cooked rice tempering done with sauces .

Ingredients
  • Cooked Basmati Rice – 1 cup ( 80 % cooked rice )
  • Schewzan Sauce – 2thsp
  • Black pepper powder- 1tsp
  • Soya sauce – 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic green Chilli paste – 2thsp
  • Tomato ketchup- 1tsp
  • Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
  • Cabbage chopped- 1/4 cup
  • Green Beans chopped- 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum chopped- 1/4 cup
  • Carrots chopped- 1/4 cup
  • Spring onions chopped- 1/2 cup
  • Salt
Directions
  • Step 1 Take a wide pan or wok add oil 2thsp allow it to become hot
  • Step 2 Add ginger garlic green Chilli paste fry in medium flame for 2 minutes
  • Step 3 Add spring onions little along with all chopped vegetable keep stirring in high flame add schewzan sauce, black pepper powder, tomato ketchup, vinegar, soya sauce mixing ,salt well stir for 3 minutes.
  • Step 4 Next add cooked basmati rice keeping stirring slowing mix well then add spring onions cook for 3 minutes then serve with tomato ketchup.
  • Step 5 Note: Cook the Fired Rice on high flame for best results.
