This recipe is blended with fresh blackberries along with maple syrup additional ingredients taste unique and yummicious

Ingredients
  • Heavy Whipping cream - 473 ml
  • Sweet condensed milk - 14 oz
  • Fresh blackberries- 1/2 cup
  • Maple syrup - 2 thsp
  • Vanilla extract- 1/2 tsp
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take a pan add water 1/2 cup along with blackberries boil for 5 minutes in medium flame then remove from flame allow to cool completely keep aside.
  • Step 2 Take a wide pan add chilled heavy whipping cream with help of electric beater beat to firmly consistency then add sweet condensed milk ,vanilla extract and maple syrup beat for 3 minutes finally add the blackberries mix well with the spatula if required add powdered sugar then pour in container.
  • Step 3 Refrigerate for 8 hours .
  • Step 4 Black Currant Ice-cream ready for serve.
