This appetizer is blended with mint chutney,sliced cucumber,tomato along with additional ingredients to enhance the taste.

  • Bread slices -2
  • Butter ( light ) spread
  • Mint chutney -2tsp
  • Boiled Potatoes -1
  • Tomatoes sliced -2
  • Cucumber sliced -1
  • Chaat masala powder -1tsp
  • Sev for garnish
  • Procedure - First step take to make Mint chutney:
  • Mint leaves -1 cup
  • Green chilies -2
  • Ginger -50 gms.
  • Cumin seeds -1tsp
  • Oil -1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lime juice -1tsp
Directions
  • Step 1 Take a blender add all the ingredients along with little water grind to smooth consistency.
  • Step 2 Now take the bread slices apply butter on both the bread slices to one side.
  • Step 3 Next step spread the mint chutney on top of the butter layer.
  • Step 4 Now take a bread slice first add slice boiled potatoes to the bread .
  • Step 5 Next add the sliced Tomatoes followed by cucumber then sprinkle chaat masala powder on it.
  • Step 6 Take the other slice close the sandwich cut the edges of the bread to desired pattern .
  • Step 7 Garnish with sev.
  • Step 8 Quick and easy sandwich ready.
