This appetizer is blended with mint chutney,sliced cucumber,tomato along with additional ingredients to enhance the taste.

Ingredients
- Bread slices -2
- Butter ( light ) spread
- Mint chutney -2tsp
- Boiled Potatoes -1
- Tomatoes sliced -2
- Cucumber sliced -1
- Chaat masala powder -1tsp
- Sev for garnish
- Procedure - First step take to make Mint chutney:
- Mint leaves -1 cup
- Green chilies -2
- Ginger -50 gms.
- Cumin seeds -1tsp
- Oil -1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lime juice -1tsp
Directions
- Step 1 Take a blender add all the ingredients along with little water grind to smooth consistency.
- Step 2 Now take the bread slices apply butter on both the bread slices to one side.
- Step 3 Next step spread the mint chutney on top of the butter layer.
- Step 4 Now take a bread slice first add slice boiled potatoes to the bread .
- Step 5 Next add the sliced Tomatoes followed by cucumber then sprinkle chaat masala powder on it.
- Step 6 Take the other slice close the sandwich cut the edges of the bread to desired pattern .
- Step 7 Garnish with sev.
- Step 8 Quick and easy sandwich ready.
