This recipe is milk solids made for sweet delights for Halwa varieties, Burfi preparation in North Indian cuisine. It’s freshly prepared quick and easy recipe

Ingredients
  • Clarified Butter or Ghee - 3 Tablespoon
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Milk Powder- 1 cup
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take a pan add clarified butter or ghee allow it to melt then slowly add milk 1 cup keep stirring slowly for a minute in medium flame.
  • Step 2 Next add Milk Powder little by little make sure no lumps are formed so keep stirring with the spatula at regular intervals
  • Step 3 Slowly the consistency of the mixture starts to thickens and reduces to half after few minutes the Mawa gets to thick grainy texture ghee starts to leave the sides of the pan
  • Step 4 Finally Mawa is ready remove flame allow the mixture to cool completely refrigerate it
  • Step 5 Note : Make sure to keep stirring constantly as the mixture tends to stick to the bottom of the pan
