: A Quick and Easy Recipe
This sweet Delight recipe is blended with betel leaves , Mawa /khoya and Rose preservatives along with additional ingredients to enchanted the taste and texture to the Burfi

Ingredients
- Betel Leaves Chopped - 6
- Almond pistachio powder- 1/2 cup
- Sweet Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
- Mawa / khoya - 1 cup
- Gulkand- 2 Tablespoons
- Edible rose petals- few
- Green color optional- pinch
Directions
- Step 1 First take a blender add little water and chopped Betel leaves grind to coarse paste
- Step 2 Take a pan add Mawa fry in low flame for 3 to 4 minutes then add betel leaves paste , sweet condensed milk cook for 3 minutes.
- Step 3 Then add almond pistachio powder, Gulkand ( rose preservatives) cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the mixture gets to thick consistency then finally add green color a pinch mix well cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 4 Lastly grease a pan drop the Burfi mixture press uniformly with a spatula allow to cool completely then slice the paan Gulkand Burfi to desired shape.
- Step 5 Note :cook the Burfi in low to medium flame only.
