Paan/ Betel leaves Laddos

This recipe is very unique blended with fresh Betel leaves, coconut, Rose preservatives along with additional ingredients to enhance the taste and texture to this yummicious Laddos.

Ingredients
- Grated fresh coconut - 1 cup
- Sweet Condensed milk -3/4 cup
- Cardamom powder -1 tsp
- Betel leaves -4
- Gulkand 2 tsp
- Green color - pinch
- Ghee -2 tsp
Directions
- Step 1 Take a pan add ghee 2tsp allow it to become hot then add grated coconut fry in low flame for 3 minutes .
- Step 2 Meanwhile, chop the leaves add 2tsp of water grind to paste add the paste to the coconut mix well then add sweet condensed milk keep stirring cook until the texture gets too thick consistency.
- Step 3 Add little green color and Cardamom to the coconut mixture.
- Step 4 Remove from the flame allow to cool and take lemon size coconut mixture stuff with little Gulkand close the Laddos.
- Step 5 Finally, roll the Laddos in freshly grated coconut.
- Step 6 Serve the Paan Laddos.
- Step 7 Keep refrigerated.
- Step 8 Note: keep the flame low to medium don’t cook in high flame.
