This recipe is creamy delicious Indian Ice cream dessert blended with pistachios along with additional ingredients to enhance the taste and texture.

Ingredients
  • Full Fat Milk — 2 cups
  • Corn Flour - 2 tablespoons
  • White Bread - 1 ( discard the edges )
  • Pistachio Powder - 1 /4 cup
  • Green color - pinch
  • Khoya ( milk solids ) - 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom powder- 1 /2 tsp
  • Granulated Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Pistachio Almonds sliced - 1/4 cup
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take a saucepan add full fat milk 2 cups allow to boil in medium flame by stirring with spatula at regular intervals.
  • Step 2 After 15 minutes the milk starts to reduce at this point take a blender add bread slice , cornflour, pistachios and little milk blend to smooth consistency add the mixture to the saucepan keep stirring for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3 Slowly the texture of the mixture starts to thicken at this point add green color a pinch mix well cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Step 4 Next add granulated Sugar cook until sugar gets dissolved then add cardamom powder cook for 2 minutes finally add pistachios and almonds remove from flame .
  • Step 5 Transfer in a bowl allow the mixture to cool for 15 minutes then add khoya ( milk solids ) to the Kulfi mixture mix well pour in Kulfi moulds.
  • Step 6 Freeze the Kulfi for 6 hours.
  • Step 7 If using disposable plastic cups pour the Kulfi mixture close with aluminum foil freeze in refrigerator.
  • Step 8 After 6 hours remove the Kulfi moulds keep under water then remove the lid Pista Kulfi is ready for serving.
