How to make homemade Ghee with Butter

This recipe is very essential ingredients for Indian cuisines while making Dhals , Biryani and Dessert varieties.
Ingredients
- Clarified Butter - 6 Sticks
- (1 Stick - 4 0z / 11 3 gms )
Directions
- Step 1 Take a nonstick pan add butter keep the flame in medium allow the butter to melt keep stirring continuously.
- Step 2 Note while making Ghee don’t leave the kitchen counter as can cause hazard .
- Step 3 After 10 minutes slowly Butter starts to melt forms thick layer on top .
- Step 4 After 5 minutes the color starts changing and ghee smells pungent gets to light brownish color.
- Step 5 Next remove the pan from the flame allow to cool completely then with thin strainer filter the ghee store in container.
- Step 6 Homemade ghee is ready for cooking.
